Can I bring outside food in?
YES, Bette’s now allows outside food!! In response to the COVID Pandemic, we made the decision to remove our snack bar and allow our guests to bring in outside food. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are being provided with the safest experience that we are able to provide. Allowing customers to get food from establishments that solely focus on food safety allows us to focus all of our attention on ensuring we are maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary play area for our patrons.
I paid for a walk in admission and want to eat, what am I NOT allowed to bring in?
- Birthday cake, ice cream, cupcakes – we do not allow walk-in birthday parties. If you would like to host your child’s birthday celebration at our facility take a look at the birthday party options that we offer – we would love to host your next event!
- Food trays – again, this is to deter walk-in parties, which are not permitted
- Alcohol – alcohol is only permitted at private events that are not open to the public
I am having a birthday party but want to offer more food to my guests than just pizza, can I bring additional food in for my guests?
When you are hosting one of our traditional birthday parties we provide pizza and drinks. Your party host will offer you the option to add extra food, drinks, and snack bowls the day of the party. You are also permitted to bring in additional food for your guests from an outside source if you would like. If you do choose to have outside food at your party, please be aware, that we can not extend the duration of your party if the food is running late. We use the time between parties to clean and sanitize the party rooms, so you are limited to your two hour window for use of the party room.
I’m doing a private event, what food am I allow to bring for my guests?
You are responsible for providing your own food for the private parties. You are welcome to bring in outside vendors, do pizza or sandwiches, food trays, etc. You may also BYOB. We do NOT provide the paper products and utensils for a private party, you are responsible for bringing them.
