We are a facility for children 10 and under.

How much is the Admission for Open Play and how long can we stay?
Monday thru Friday it is $7 for children. Adults and children under 15 months are free.
Saturday and Sunday is $9 for children. 2 Adults per child are free, $9 per Adult will be charged over 2. Adults are not permitted unless accompanied by a child. This does not pertain to booked parties.
You may stay as long as you wish. You may leave and come back. If you are here after closing, you may be required to mop the floor. Just kidding!

What are your hours?
Look to the left of your screen under Fall Hours.

I can't get my husband to come because The Eagles are playing. Any Suggestions?
Of course we do. Watch the Phillies on one of our 4 Plasma TV's. Getting him out of here is your job!

Can I bring in a lunch meat or some food from Mickey D's or perhaps a Pig to roast?
No outside food or drinks are permitted. We are a Fun Center, not a banquet hall. We have a full service Snack Bar with reasonably priced items. We can also order you anything from In and Out Pizza.

Can I drop my kids off and go Tanning or to my Pilate's class?
No. We are a Family Fun Center, not baby sitters. We encourage parents to participate with their children. Imagine the fun and memories.

Can I bring my kids barefooted?
PA state law requires socks to be worn at all times. Plus it's just sanitary.

I would like to have a Birthday Party at Bette's, how far in advance do I need to book?
Book ASAP to assure your desired time and date. We book up quickly. It's tough being so popular.

Can I just walk in and have a party?
No! We do not allow it. Some weekends we have to close our doors to the public to keep it safe and comfortable. Avoid the disappointment and schedule a party today! We reserve the right to deny admission to large groups.

How do I schedule a Bette's party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also do it online click here.

Is a deposit required?
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

You are sold out on the date I wanted, any suggestions?
Try our during the week parties, it saves you lots of dough. Friday nights are a great night for a party. We can also recommend other facilities in the area.

What if I have more than 12 or 20 guests?
Additional guests are welcome! There is a $15 charge per additional guest over the party package limit.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own paper products in the party room. Our party rooms are professionally decorated so we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. Save your money and the hassle!

Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons. We do sell balloons for $9 per dozen.

What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. If you cancel or reschedule your party within
9 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 2 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).

Do you rent the whole facility out?
Yes. Call 610-579-3960 and ask for Jim or Dennee'.

Bette's is so cool, who decorates the place and are they for hire?
We are fortunate enough to have Helen Bottle of Radnor, PA to share her expertise. We would like to give a shout out to Professor Reverb for his electronic creativity!
